 I was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on November 10, 1984. I knew there was a God but I never actually knew God. There's a difference. I got born-again when I was 20 years old, three months before Hurricane Katrina hit. My wife and I were forced to move away from our family, friends, and city, but God had a purpose. Now I have been writing since I was 14 years old, but I was writing about guns, money, cars and ice. (Things which are temporary and will eventually vanish.) After I got born-again, I started writing about God and His Word. (Things which are eternal.) After the hurricane, we moved to New Albany, Indiana and started getting settled there. My wife and I thought about going back to New Orleans, but God spoke to us. He told us not to...that He did not place us where we were at by accident. (Praise be to God). After living in Indiana for a year we moved to Louisville, Kentucky to be closer to the church we were called to...
On Fire Christian Center. It is a Holy Ghost-filled church and it feels like home now. I know now what my purpose in life is, and I know that I am called to be here. I have been born-again 2 years now and my life is better than it has ever been. I have faith, hope, love, joy, peace. and most importantly a relationship with The Almighty God, Creator of Heaven and earth. I owe it all to Jesus, my Savior and Redeemer. I'm just a normal person with a gift. We all have gifts but it's how we use them that really makes us who we are. Make sure you don't let your gift go unused.
