The Banks Family 

The Banks Family is a gospel group comprised of Pastor Gregory Banks, his wife Evangelist Karen Banks and three of their four children, Girrell, Gilia and Janaiya. Both Pastor Greg & Evangelist Karen accepted Jesus Christ as their personal savior at an early age, and since starting their family encouraged their children to live for Jesus Christ as well. With an inspiration from Rev. Carrie Banks and other family members, this highly anointed family has been singing the gospel for over 12yrs.  With a strong love and compassion for family and the youth of today, they volunteer and are highly respected among various churches and youth organizations. They have had the privilege to go on several missionary trips local and internationally (Trinidad W.I.) where they've ministered through song, dramatization through dance and the spoken word.  They also have been blessed to have been on programs with the 2010 Stella Awards Nominess The Brown Boyz of Freeport N.Y. They have appeared in the Brown Boyz video It's Alright . They are worshippers that love, fear and reverence God, availing themselves as willing vessels. Officially coming out as a family gospel group in 2011, on May 13th, 2012 God blessed them with the opportunity to release their first single entitled, “Walking By Faith.” We also were nominated and won 2016 Music Love Awards Contemporary Artist of the year! And the CEO's Choice Awards from Angelica Records. This family is grateful for the manifestation of God’s love in their lives that has drawn many souls to His Kingdom. God’s calling on their lives is being fulfilled, and they are determined to live according to God’s Word and His will for their lives.

The Banks Family count it a privilege and an honor to spread the love of Jesus Christ and to see the effectiveness of His Word in the lives of others.
